At Bigdeal Supermart (a brand of STS Ventures Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to maintaining transparency, professionalism, and trust throughout our franchise onboarding process. This Refund Policy clearly defines the conditions under which payments made towards our franchise services are refundable or non-refundable.
By making any payment to Bigdeal Supermart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Site Visit Fee - ₹20,000
The Site Visit Fee is charged to evaluate the proposed store location. This includes:
- Travel and logistics expenses
- Deployment of expert team
- Feasibility and business assessment
- Consultation and recommendations
Refund Policy: This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including rejection of the site or decision not to proceed.
2. Site Locking Amount - ₹50,000
This amount is applicable after site approval and is used to reserve your location for a limited period.
Key Points:
- Valid for a limited lock-in period (typically 30 days)
- Ensures exclusivity of location
Refund Policy:
- Refundable only if site visit has NOT been conducted
- Once site is approved and locked, amount becomes non-refundable
- Fully adjustable in the final franchise fee if paid within lock-in period
- If balance payment is not completed within time, amount will be forfeited
3. Franchise Fee - ₹2,10,000
This fee covers complete business setup and support, including:
- Brand license and usage rights
- Store planning and setup guidance
- Marketing and branding materials
- Vendor and inventory support
- Staff hiring and training
- Billing software and operational setup
- Ongoing support till store launch
Refund Conditions:
50% Refund (Within 7 Days - Before Agreement)
- Applicable only if cancellation is requested within 7 days
- No agreement should be signed
- Written request with valid reason is mandatory
- Approval subject to internal review
No Refund (After 7 Days / Agreement Signed)
- Once 7 days are passed or agreement is signed
- No refund will be processed under any condition
Emergency Cases (Up to 50%)
- Considered only in genuine medical or emergency situations
- Valid proof required
- Request must be within 15 days
- Final decision rests with management
4. Software & Technology Fee
This is a one-time fee for digital systems, including:
- POS and billing software setup
- Inventory management system
- Login credentials and training
- Backend integration
Refund Policy: This fee is non-refundable once the system setup process has started or credentials are issued.
5. General Terms
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 15 working days
- Refund will be made to the original payment method only
- Project hold (up to 6 months) may be allowed in special cases
- All refund requests must be submitted via email
6. Legal Disclaimer
- This policy is legally binding once payment is made
- It will form part of the franchise agreement
- Bigdeal Supermart reserves the right to modify this policy anytime
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
